Just a quickie

Welcome to What's On Your Wall Wednesday, hosted by Barb at Grits and Glamour. Be sure to go check out her site and see what she is showing today, as well as check out lots of other great wall ideas.

This picture is from my second post - a little spruce up of the back door entry. I have French ads in the little frames and a fall dried arrangement on the shelf. I have little tin baskets and a tote bag I made for myself. I was thinking that it would be fun to have a little topiary for spring to replace the fall arrangement.

I ran into GW quickly one day when I was on my way to a party and what did I see? A little topiary for $2! I remember the cardinal rule of Bloggerville - "You can paint anything!", so I thought I'd paint the little roses and change out the ribbon.

Well, I got it home and decided that for now it looks right cute as is, so I will wait until I get tired of it and then change the color. Any recommendations? I had envisioned a black and white bow and maybe white roses - or even red - or gold.....hmmmmmmm

Well, here's the spring look.

I'm looking forward to checking out Barb's site at Grits and Glamour and seeing what she and all of the other participants are doing for "What's On Your Wall Wednesday". Linda

Nina! I am so sorry, I am having serious issues with Mr B tonight. Please go back and add your permalink again. I think all the bugs are worked out. Thanks so much for participating. I loved seeing your vignettes, and especially the topiary. Blessings, Barb
