Kid's Korner

Welcome to another great Tablescape Thursday presented by our gracious hostess Susan at Between Naps on the Porch. I know that you will love checking out her site to see what wonderful ideas she has for us, as well as see who else is participating.
Our grandies will be over for a KeggS party (no beer!) in honor of our DIL (K) and SIL's (S)birthdays, with an early egg hunt thrown in! I just got this great, large kid's table off Craig's List and it will be super for all 6 grandies. However, it is set for our 4 girls, because the boys are still in high chairs!
Our Pottery Barn plates (already had) look great on our Big Lots placemats. My mom made the 2 larger bunnies, and gave me the 2 smaller bunnies many, many years ago. Obviously, I pulled together my bunnies on a stick and azaleas from previous blogs.
We have 4 silver forks that were either mine, hubby's, or my MIL's at each place. You can tell that my mom accidentally dropped mine in the disposal many years ago!
Each girl has a bunny at her place to make sure she eats everything!

This is my artsy shot : )

We are going to have some fun on Sunday! Can't wait! Oh, sorry, but the bunnies won't be at their places....at 4, 3 (twins) and 2, they are just to young to handle that! Be sure to stop by Susan's at Between Naps on the Porch and see her wonderful site and other grand participants.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend. Blessings, Linda

Oh, this is so cute! I love the colors-the placemats are just perfect with the plates. What's great about it is that you kept it "simple" for the kids and yet it's still colorful and looks great. LOL on the bunnies not being there. Great job on the TT! Looks like it will be a fun time.

Too, too cute. However, I think I need to argue in favor of a frosty adult beverage or two. You do realize that we're bringing the kids, don't you? :-)

I never get tired of seeing the infamous "Bunny on a stick"....they really are multiplying....your little girly table is adorable...so are the kids!! I get to see my little bunny on the 14th...I'll miss her first Easter Egg Hunt but hoping to get lots of pictures...Have a great Easter Sunday...
p.s. We also were suppose to make a stop at St. Mere Eglise when we drove out to Normandy....me and the daughter were getting annoyed with the husband after all the stops along the beach head so when we saw the sign to turn to go to the town we both kept quite....by the time he asked where we turn it was pitch dark and many miles away!!
