Hi! I thought I'd join up with Marty's Party and show some recently acquired cloches. Thanks to Marty at
A Stroll Thru Life for hosting this event.

I'm not very creative with cloche decorating.....that's why I'm here.....to get ideas! Anyway, just an apothecary jar - a cloche wannabe - with some lemons and limes inside. I have some other thoughts for this, but I waited till the last minute on a day that I spent playing with grandchildren. My brain is sort of gone : )

This belonged to someone in hubby's family.....a sweet pocket watch. It reminds me of my own grandfather's pocket watch that he always wore. My uncle got it (which he should have), so this is nostalgic nonetheless.

This is the top for the wedding cake for someone in hubby's family....some great-great-somebody. Not sure what to do with it because it doesn't fit in my decor, but no one else wanted it, and I'm a sucker for family things.

The words say "Constancy and Good Luck". I had to take the cloche off to get a good pic because the colors are dark.

By the way, this cloche is about 15 inches tall!
Be sure and drop by Marty's 'cause she REALLY knows what to do with a cloche.
Blessings, Linda

Linda, you did a great job! I like the vintage wedding cake topper. Good for you for rescuing this treasure.
You're doing great! And that's why we're all here. To get ideas from one another.

Hi Linda! Oh, I agree - you've done a beautiful job. What a lovely way to preserve that lovely wedding cake topper.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
LOVE the pocket watch cloche and the wedding one, with those neutral colors it will fit in somewhere. It is really great! Lezlee
Good thing you kept the vintage cake topper. It's really pretty and quite unique...Christine
I love that you put family heirlooms under your cloches. That is so special. The bride and groom are just stunning and the watch is so special. It's wonderful to have such a big cloche, you can put so many things under it. I love the lemons and limes in the apothecary jar. It always looks so fresh and always catches my eye. Thanks so much for joining the party. This is always so much fun. Hugs, Marty
I think you've done a great job! I really adore the pocket watch!
