Beautiful Black & White Toile Bedroom Redo

My grandie guest room is black and white toile.

We have changed the beds from time to time for different reasons.

We started with a white iron bed (moved downstairs), then a double bed(gave to grandson), and now a day bed.

Fortunately, the bedding I made has been adaptable to the changes.

Once again, my daughter - the decorator - did her work.

It all started with some black and white prints of the grandies in this room, and then moved on to a full blown restyle!

I love the sunlight coming through the window and the ironwork.

My GW Southern Living candlestick and an Eiffel Tower hatbox that had been hiding in the closet.

Daughter moved a wicker chest on top of the painted coffee table to give some height and join the black & white of the grandies to the grouping. I never would have thought of that!

These sillouettes are my own grown children - done 32 years ago!

The baskets are perfect for toys and books!

Love this GW ironwork find

My grandies seem to love the restyle. Hope you enjoyed it.

Blessings, Linda

Nina I love what you've done. The curtains are adorable. The coffee table used with storage bins underneath and the wicker on top is genius, I love dual duty objects and furniture!

You have done a grand job with your room...black and white is timeless, but often so hard to keep it to just those 2 colors...you have managed to pull if off beautifully. tiff

Toile is a timeless classic and I love the combination of the wicker and iron. Wish you had a closeup of what looks like a baby's gown in the shadow box. Your daughter (and you :) are very talented!

Linda- Black and white is such a clean, fresh look and that toile looks lovely in this room! I like the use of the b/w photos and the contrast of the natural wicker underneath them. Lots of cute accessories to complement the toile.... :-)
